As a DIY composer/arranger, I wrote and recorded these tunes myself [except for BART Station*]. I have MIDI keyboards, synthesizers, and drum machines plugged into my PC, where I have music software record what I play. After mixing all the parts, I master them into audio files and upload to online outlets via TuneCore.

Really, if it weren't for computer technology and the Internet, I couldn't have done all this on my own, and you still wouldn't have known about my music at all! So THANK GOODNESS for technology!!

Having said that, I'm definitely NOT writing "computer" or "electronic" music, any more than authors write "computer" novels just because they use a PC and a word processor. Technology simply provides me with the tools I need to create music independently.

Although the tracks on this EP were produced over the last few years, the compositions themselves were best picks from my body of work which spans over a decade. If I had released albums previously, this EP would've easily been title "Best of TzeMan!" :D

I'll tell you more about each tune in the next post, but in the meantime go buy the Demo2007 EP, enjoy it, and SPREAD THE WORD! I deeply believe that this music will move you, and that you can make a difference in helping this music spread over the world.
